  1.   After reconciling the votes received here and the votes received by
  2.   Jim Wilson, the amendment to the Constitution passed 23- 0.

  4.   The amendment changed the wording of Article 9 section to:

  6.   "(2) 25% of the number of total votes cast in the most recent
  7.    previous election must support the call, thereby "confirming"
  8.    it."

  16.            Voting Procedures in the GT Power Network
  17.  
  18.   The members of this network have agreed by their
  19.   participation within the network, to accept the following
  20.   method for making changes to the network.
  21.  
  22.   (1) Anyone may call for a vote/election.
  23.  
  24.   (2) 25% of the numbers of total votes cast in the most recent
  25.   previous election must support the call, thereby "confirming"
  26.   it.

  28.   (3) Once confirmed there shall be a minimum of 2 and a
  29.   maximum of 6 weeks for discussion.
  30.  
  31.   (4) If 13% of the 25% confirmations are withdrawn the vote
  32.   lapses.

  34.   (5) Under no circumstances will the annual election of
  35.   officers be cancelled.
  36.  
  37.      (a) In special circumstances (Act of God, health etc) the
  38.   annual election of officers may be postponed, but for no
  39.   longer than 30 days.
